Stealth Partner Group an Amwins Group Company is looking for an ambitious Ancillary Account Executive who is passionate about playing a critical role in the maintenance and growth of our organization. The Ancillary Account Executive position is responsible for proactively managing and developing relationships with key ancillary business partners and business executives. Ancillary Account Executives are primarily responsible for managing client service and administration of products for the ancillary clients assigned to them. Ancillary Account Executives serve as a primary day-to-day contact for our ancillary clients. Ancillary Account Executives will also liaise with cross-functional internal teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Work with the Director of Ancillary Underwriting, Field Account Executives and Sales to develop and implement marketing strategies for new and renewal accounts
  • Provide daily client services for our ancillary business; process policies, endorsements, invoicing, certificates, etc.
  • Respond to client/broker and carrier inquiries in an accurate and timely manner
  • Manage compliance and adherence for each account
  • Analyze client policies to determine accuracy
  • Liaison between internal departments to provide communication and support to external sources (i.e. Sales, Broker support, carrier vendors etc.)
  • Responsible for electronic file set-up and maintenance, along with ongoing filing and documentation of client meetings/issues/decisions
  • Plan, prioritize and complete day-to-day workload, considering new business, renewal business and day-to-day service responsibilities for the ancillary accounts assigned in a timely manner ensuring internal/external deadlines are met
  • Responsible and accountable for maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of protected health information
  • Follow HIPAA security policies and procedures affecting your job, and report any suspected or actual violation or breach
  • Other projects and duties assigned

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred but not required
  • 5+ years of working ancillary product knowledge required (including but not limited to Life/AD&D, LTD, STD, FMLA, Leave and Absence, Dental, Vision, etc.)
  • Strong operational mindset will be imperative to success
  • Strong ability to analyze facts and use critical thinking skills
  • Strong ability to work independently and on strict timelines
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Must already have or be willing to obtain Arizona Life & Health Insurance License
  • Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • High attention to detail is a necessity
