About the Role 

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Media Planner to join our team. As a Media Planner, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic media plans that support the overall marketing objectives of our clients. What You’ll Do 

  • Develop and execute media plans for various campaigns and marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with the planning & creative team to ensure that all media plans align with the brand’s messaging and positioning
  • Conduct research to identify target audiences, media channels, and advertising opportunities
  • Collaborate with media vendors to negotiate and secure advertising placements that meet campaign objectives
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to continuously optimize media plans
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, emerging media platforms, and best practices in media planning
  • Present media plans and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Manage budgets and ensure that campaigns are delivered within budget constraints
  • Work with internal teams to ensure that all creative assets are delivered on time and in accordance with media specifications

What You’ll Need 

  • 2+ years of experience in media planning, preferably in an advertising agency environment
  • Strong understanding of media planning fundamentals, including audience targeting, media buying, and campaign optimization
  • Experience working with various media channels, including digital, social, print, and outdoor advertising
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and campaign performance reporting
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other media planning tools/software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
