The role

Position : Associate Tech Lead/Technical Lead - Salesforce Development

Location : Bengaluru,India

Exp required : 6+ Years

Experience Requirements:

1.Candidates should have hands-on experience working on configuration and customizations (development) in Salesforce.

Hands-On Experience (MUST):

2 Designing, implementing, and maintaining custom solutions in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience (Community) Clouds to meet business requirements.

2.2 Implementation Skillsets:

A. Creating and maintaining custom objects and fields, clear understanding of data models, flows, process builders, and various Salesforce rules (e.g., workflow rules, validation rules, email alerts, etc.)

B. Knowledge of Salesforce-based sharing and security concepts and experience in configuring and maintaining Profiles, Permission Sets, users, sharing rules.

C. Implementation knowledge on UI and Component development (LWC, AURA) and implementation of advanced Apex programming concepts (i.e., triggers, classes, controllers, synchronous and asynchronous Apex, use of APIs to perform third-party integrations and callouts, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce pages, etc.)

D. End-to-end implementation, functional testing, and debugging skillsets, including unit testing and test class implementations for test and code coverages, and hands-on experience in performing deployments to different environments.

E. Understanding of governor limits in Salesforce.

F. Seek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace.

G. Proactively engage in continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development efforts.

H. Provide recommendations on how to improve our Salesforce operational platform.

I. Properly handling bulk data and experience working on tools like Postman, Workbench, DataLoader, etc.

J. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and communicate effectively.
