The department Global HR1.4 (Global People Strategy & Transformation) is responsible for HR digitalisation, people strategy development as well as project and change management. The subteam Global HR1.4.1 is responsible for Global HR Systems and Processes. 

The current HR IT project HoRizon is a joint HR and IT initiative to implement globally standardized HR processes and related technology for the RI Group. We are looking for enthusiastic SAP SuccessFactors Consultants to support our department in the implementation and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors.

This position is limited to 24 months.

Your Job

  • You will be part of the HRIT team that is globally responsible for all HR Systems and Processes
  • You will act as the responsible HRIT colleague for SAP SF Recruiting and Onboarding and support the Global Process Owner and Global Process Expert in Recruiting and Onboarding to further develop the modules to ensure great new hire experience and a structured overall process using all suitable functionalities the modules offer
  • By solving complex SuccessFactors related issues in close collaboration with IT colleagues, you will support our regional hubs and GPE's for Recruiting and Onboarding
  • You will analyze and apply system release functionalities in coordination with the relevant Recruiting and Onboarding stakeholders
  • You will monitor and update overall authorisation policies 
  • You will support additional global SuccessFactos related projects
  • You will ensure that the HR community is well informed by participating in communication and change management related to HR technology platforms and processes

Your Profile

  • You have at least 2 years' experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Marketing, including end-to-end implementation of the module
  • It would be beneficial if you also have experience with the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding module
  • You have a passion for technical detail and want to understand interdependencies
  • Ideally you have a consulting background 
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and how they are supported is a matter of course for you
  • You have a good understanding of business context, processes and feasibility from a cost-benefit perspective
  • You possess very good communication and project management skills
  • Excellent analytical/problem solving skills and the ability to think globally and network complete your profile
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English
