Hulu is seeking an Associate Manager, Lifecycle Operations to be an outstanding addition to our Growth, Engagement and Retention team. In this role, you will play a key part in maximizing the effectiveness of our marketing tools to drive subscriber growth, enhance engagement, and improve retention rates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing operations, a deep understanding of the subscriber lifecycle, and a proven track record of implementing successful campaigns utilizing complex data environments. The right person for this role has a knack for creative solutioning combined with an analytical mindset and excellent relationship management skills. The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $92,800 to $124,400 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
