What You'll Do:

As a Procurement Change Management Associate, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation by overseeing and managing all aspects of training, change management, and process documentation within the procurement department. The Procurement Change Management Associate will work closely with the procurement team, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of procurement strategies, process improvements, and organizational change initiatives. 

What We're Looking For:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of procurement team members.
  • Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and materials to support procurement processes, systems, and tools.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions for procurement and roles that impact the Procure to Pay process.
  • Lead change management efforts related to procurement initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.
  • Develop and execute change management plans, including communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management.
  • Provide guidance and support to Procurement team members and impacted stakeholders during process changes, ensuring understanding and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including policies, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and change management initiatives, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Research and implement forward-looking solutions/programs that will enable procurement to become a best-in-class organization.
  • Manage the Procurement SME program.
  • Act as a member of the procurement support team to assist users with support questions and troubleshooting. 

Skills That Make a Difference: 

  • University degree in a related field or applicable experience required.
  • 5 years of experience in Procurement, training, or change management roles in a specialty chemicals environement. 
  • Strong knowledge of Procurement processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of the SAP modules that relate to the P2P process.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering training programs and materials.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Professional certifications in Procurement, training, or change management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM, ProSci) are a plus.
