HR Business Partner 

One of our key HR Business Partners in our Nordics Team is going on parental leave for 12 months, and now we are looking for an engaged, and communicative HR professional as our colleague. 

This is a truly exciting role where you will collaborate with a strong customer-focused approach and give guidance to managers at different levels, in several varied and challenging areas. You act to enable our employee’s potential and engagement within the entire field of People experience. You will be part of, and support Management Teams in Sweden and you will work closely with colleagues within the Nordic business (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland).

You will be part of a diversified people-oriented team of a total of seven professionals, and you´ll be working in a fast-moving, global environment together with highly qualified colleagues from all over the world. 

This is a temporary position 12 months. 

Responsibilities 

  • Works close with our people business managers and management teams in the Nordic region.
  • Provides guidance, acts tactical executer, and brings clarity to business regarding people policies and processes.
  • Succeeds with Workforce Planning and People analytics.
  • Employer branding strategies and initiatives
  • Utilizes processes for Talent Development, Succession Planning, Career paths and Performance Management.
  • Enables People leaders’ development and emphasizes Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
  • Continuous improvements to simplify and harmonize ways of working in people processes for an excellent people experience through entire Employee Lifecycle.
  • Guides and supports in total Rewards & recognition.
  • Key role in organizational and cultural changes, and negotiations with local unions.

Qualifications 

You’re an engaged HR professional with a strong customer focus. 

We believe you have experience from working in a global organization and independently drive your work forward, can build strong collaboration and network. 

You easily gain trust and have excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to cooperate, communicate and influence at all levels. You thrive in a fast-paced industry and champion positive change. 

You are used to working in an independent way and enjoy acting sounding board for People leaders and employees. 

To contribute to this role, you have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field.
  • A couple of years working experience in human resources.
  • Experience in working in a matrix organization in a global setting.
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of people processes labor laws and regulations in the Nordics.
  • Excellent working knowledge of compensation, benefits, employee relations, organizational development.
  • Ability to act independently and make decisions with a strong customer focused approach.
  • Good, experienced Change management knowledge
  • Good communication skills.
  • Agile mindset
  • Team player
  • Fluent both spoken and written in Swedish and English
