As Staff Enterprise Systems Analyst in our Vilnius office, you will be able to contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Convera Financial applications. You will act as the primary liaison between the Product, Technology and business areas and apply your functional and technical expertise to formulate solutions to complex business problems. The Staff Enterprise Systems Analyst works closely with the Program Managers and Scrum Masters and may lead department level projects or phases of broader cross-department solutions.

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the timely delivery of Convera Financial Systems changes. This involves planning, managing, and governing them in a consistent, transparent, and disciplined manner. Proactively sharing data with others to help them make informed decisions.
  • Identifying business requirements, preparing functional specifications that meet business user requirements, mapping them to systems capabilities. Facilitating and driving process mapping sessions, challenging business stakeholders’ and end-users’ assumptions as needed to align technology solutions with business strategies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle eBusiness Suite and IntelliMatch applications, providing solutions to meet organizational needs. Being highly knowledgeable of upstream and downstream processes, their integration touchpoints and potential implications.
  • Configuring system settings and options.
  • Planning and executing systems integration testing and assisting with user acceptance testing.
  • Diagnosing, analyzing, and resolving system and data issues.
  • Evaluating current-state processes, identifying areas for improvement.

You should apply if you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • 6+ years of technology experience including requirements management, analysis, and design.
  • 2+ years of project management experience or Scrum Master experience related to business software or system integration projects.
  • Experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite, Oracle ERP Cloud, IntelliMatch, or similar accounting or reconciliation applications.
  • Proficient in data analysis (Excel, SQL) and flowchart software (LucidChart or Visio).
  • Good prioritization, negotiation, and communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Strong learning agility; able to learn new skills, processes, and technologies quickly.
  • Experience working in a business/IT capacity for a company with Financial industry knowledge is a plus.
  • Agile certification is a plus (Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or certified SAFe Practitioner (SP).
  • Experience with middleware applications, APIs, and cloud services is a plus (Kafka UI, Swagger, Postman, AWS)
