What is Sr. Digital Project Manager - Virtual Channels responsible for?

As a Senior Digital Project Manager, you will work on strategic projects which involve multiple lines of business or the entire firm, with moderate-to-high risk and complexity projects or programs for Fiduciary PMO.

The Senior Digital Project Manager acts as a single point of accountability to plan, direct, and coordinate large-scale projects and programs to ensure goals and objectives are achieved with high quality and delivering on expected business value. In line with our strategic direction, a successful candidate will be well versed in Agile techniques and exhibit the agility mindset#MID_SENIOR_LEVEL

  • Requires in-depth conceptual, practical, and related disciplines of project/program management.
  • As a part of this global team, the Senior Project Manager manages multiple projects/programs of various sizes and scope, working with stakeholders from technology and various lines of businesses to achieve quality results.
  • Senior Project Managers may also coach and mentor other project managers within Digital Project Delivery.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of Sr. Digital Project Manager?

  • Leadership (50%): Motivates and inspires teams to coalesce and commit to shared purpose. Drives team effort and promotes team coordination. Creates a collaborative environment for distributed or virtual teams. provides guidance, feedback, coaching, and mentoring to project team members. Manages the implementations of projects/programs for the firm from setting up and directing project/program schedules, iterations, and budgets to monitoring the initiative through delivery or completion. Participate in solution delivery continuous improvement activities and communities of practice to address ongoing needs for the project professional community.
  • Project Delivery (25%): Participate in solution delivery continuous improvement activities and communities of practice to address ongoing needs for the project professional community. Influences and encourages programs to focus on rapid value delivery leveraging agile, iterative development practices and agility techniques. Senior Project Managers may also coach and mentor other project managers within Technology Project Delivery.
  • Project Communication & Administration (25%): Able to appropriately tailor communications to audiences ranging from team discussions to executives in a culturally relevant style, Exhibit Fiduciary’s core Brand behaviors of being Outcome Oriented, Accountable, Empowered, Growth Minded, and Strategic

What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Required)
  • Min 8-12 years related experience.
  • Experience working in a large-scale multi-national firm essential; Financial Services industry a plus.
  • Experience with vendor management
  • Business Software - Microsoft Office
  • Project Management Tool - Confluence
  • Project Management Tool – Jira

Licenses and Certifications (preferred):

  • Agile certification – Certified Disciplined 
  • Agilist or Practitioner or Scrum certifications
  • Practical data and/or cloud experience

Work Shift Timings - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST
