Job Description

  1. Responsible for lead and drive regional relevant projects (Marketplace integration, Order Management System set-up, Warehouse Management System set-up, etc.)
  2. Responsible for lead in the roll-out of selected country initiatives (eShop, FSS roll-out)
  3. Support regional implementation of the global D2C strategy through creating cost saving and efficiency increasing solutions within the region for both Marketplaces and eShops
  4. Collaborate closely with Global D2C commercial management & operation team and D2C software & IT products team as well as BU Digital Teams for integration of BU solutions (Marketing CRM, CCC, PRO360/BeConnected)
  5. Handle D2C roll-outs in defined countries in Asia Pacific (Emerging Markets and Developed Markets)
  6. Any assigned by supervisors

Qualifications

Education: At least Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, or marketing fields

Work experience: Preferable previous working experience 5-8 years in eCommerce or Digital Marketing. Strong understanding of eCommerce cost drivers and ability to increase efficiency in supply chain solutions (logistics, vendor, etc.) Also, command of Performance marketing tools and local marketplaces (Amazon, Rakuten, eBay, Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, Tokopedia, Bukalapak, etc.) Leadership experience is an advantage but not a requirement

Language: Fluent speaking and writing in both English and Thai

Hardware/Software skills: Advanced usage of Microsoft Excel (Pivot table, V-lookup) and PowerPoint. Familiar with data analytics and reporting tools, familiar with Power BI is preferred. Project management skills and solid management and negotiation skills & KPI set up

Characteristics: Good analytical skill with capturing trends from raw data
