SDRs hold an important position at the top of the sales funnel for the entire company. They are often our client’s first interaction with MOVE Guides, so the ability to make a good first impression and build rapport is extremely important. Excellent phone, email, and internet research skills are also critical to your success, but above all else, you must be able to persevere in the face of adversity and have a fierce desire to win.

Prospect and research organizations that have a need for global mobility software
Identify key players, make outbound calls/emails, and articulate the MOVE Guides value proposition to assess interest
Generate qualified leads and set appointments for field sales team
Update prospect interaction in and keep an organized pipeline to ensure efficient lead management
Work closely with account executives to accelerate sales cycle and reach target accounts
Recommend process enhancements for lead generation efforts and improved selling techniques
Skills and qualifications:

Previous software sales experience preferred but not required
Proficient in using email, social media platforms, and conducting internet research
Desire to learn, work hard, exceed expectations, and execute on feedback
Ability to be self-sufficient while also collaborating within a team environment
Ability to adapt to change with a positive attitude is a must
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High integrity and emotional intelligence
Competitive nature

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
