RESPONSIBILITIES

Meet the assigned revenue targets through structuring and executing new initiatives to generate incremental revenue from the existing merchant portfolio

Handle all activities on customer life cycle perspective: retention, attrition prevention and service/products upselling

Work closely with merchant service hotline and other operation team to review after-sales services process to enhance merchant experience so as to increase merchant loyalty

Mange merchant relationships and the related business negotiations

Regular merchant meetings to build an excellent account relationship

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or above is required. Tertiary educated from Business or Management

discipline will be an asset

3 years and above sales experience

Experienced in selling financial services is a plus

Have good knowledge on customer lifecycle concepts and B2B sales experience an advantage

Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills

Self-motivated, mature and independent, able to handle multi-tasks and work well under pressure. 

Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Excellent use of Microsoft Access, Excel and other data analysis applications

Experience in data usage analysis and project management would be an advantage

Candidate with less experience will be considered for Sales Executive
