ROLE SUMMARY:

Asset & Lifecycle Management team enable data-driven analysis in LSEG technology estate through an accurate view of IT asset and technology lifecycle. We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to help design enterprise-level datasets and reports, as well as crafting data backed insights and analysis that will lead to business decisions.

In this role, you will collect data and reporting requirements, design data structures and ensure the integrity and quality of data we use. You will analyse data patterns to uncover correlations and build impactful visual of reports and dashboards that enable audiences to extract valuable insights.

To be effective in this role, you will need to be motivated to pursue technical challenges and using your analytical nature. Proactive in researching and applying new technologies for data capture and analysis. Having broad knowledge in IT assets and IT service management and communicate well with teams of varying technical abilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Gather requirements, design, develop, and maintain insightful reports in asset & lifecycle domain.
  • Build reporting pipelines and integrations, handle data wrangling and implement automated solutions to support case development.
  • Act as the point of contact for reporting communities, collaborating closely to address their data needs, and providing timely support.
  • Structure and document reporting framework while ensuring robust data governance for maintaining integrity.
  • Raise quality awareness and drive continuous improvement in datasets, processes, and tools.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

  • Strong proficiency in visualising data for analysis, insights, and storytelling.
  • Proficient in using business intelligence tools and databases.
  • Hands-on experience in SQL and scripting languages with intermediate understanding of ETL, data lake and data warehousing concept.
  • Comprehensive business and technology competence, enabling confident handling of topics across diverse domains, with a demonstrated proficiency in IT operational and enterprise technology.
  • Able to communicate effectively. Engage both technical and non-technical partners with clear and compelling communication.
