Job Description:
- Perform end-to-end optimisation of existing last-mile processes to identify gaps and ideate new and creative ways to improve last-mile operations
- Work with local operations, regional product management teams and developers to implement tech-enabled productivity improvement initiatives across Southeast Asia
- Provide support in data cleaning and building dashboards, etc. for day-to-day tracking of key success and performance metrics
- Work with the Regional Shopee Xpress (SPX) last-mile team to conduct data-backed analysis of different opportunities to determine the best way forward for the business
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain management or relevant disciplines from a recognised university
- Practical knowledge of SQL and Python are preferred
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- High energy, self-motivation & ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Good project management skills, with keen interest in driving business outcomes
- Full-time (3 to 6 months with LOA) applicants preferred, but part-time applicants (min. 3 work days a week) are also welcomed
