Job Description

This is a remote position.

Senior Associates are experienced-hire positions. You will be working 100% on client engagements with focus on the health care payer domain, supporting the engagement team in a variety of tasks. This means that you will go through an intense period of learning while supporting our engagements. You will be expected to demonstrate learning and skill building in a short period. Self-learning and initiative are key characteristics of being successful in this role.

Requirements

• Relatively deep knowledge in 2-3 areas of the health care payer ecosystem. Working knowledge of the industry overall.
• Must have working knowledge of the market segments Independent, Commercial, and Government network configurations, benefit design, awareness of ancillary products and how they interact with the core product.
• Detailed understanding of multiple business functions and areas within a health plan, including specialization in network, product, operations, clinical
• Ability to speak about healthcare issues and topics with competence and confidence.
• Able to create decks for all payer operations and strategy improvements.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Be able to manage competing priorities with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Be capable of building relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
• Enjoy creative problem-solving in a rapidly changing environment.
• Be flexible, proactive, and optimistic.
