Job Summary

The Information Security Operations Analyst II - SailPoint will support the Head of Identity and Access Management and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to provide the highest quality of Information protection and assure solutions to customers and business partners. The primary responsibility for this position is to participate in the maintenance and support efforts and ongoing support of the SailPoint Identity IQ platform. This includes working directly with the Information Security SailPoint Engineer, support of the platform in relation to role-based access, automated provisioning and de-provisioning, flat file report uploads, task failure remediation, and access requests. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assists in developing and updating processes and procedures with a focus on automation. Creates documentation or processes. Participates in problem analysis and incident response and participates in activities required by internal and external audit. 
  • Upload monthly disconnected application flat files into SailPoint and creation of ad hoc reports and SOD Policy updates. Open necessary Service Now change requests and tickets for production changes.
  • Assist in Role configuration with direction from SailPoint Engineer. Reports on key metrics.
  • Entitlement review, cleanup, and other duties such as removal of decommissioned applications and manual workflow maintenance to work groups. 
  • Monitor and remediate failed tasks. Provides 24/7 support as needed. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

  • AAS degree or equivalent work-related experience. 

Experience

  • 3+ years Identity and Access Management experience. 
  • 3+ years of experience in Information Security. 
  • 3+ years of experience in Service Now. 

Skills

  • Familiarity with SailPoint IdentityIQ and its features, functionalities, and configurations. 
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, principles, and industry best practices. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. 
  • Java and PowerShell experience. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate efforts across multiple stakeholders. 
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and/or SQL. 
  • Experience with MS Windows and Linux operating systems. 
  • Experience with systems administration tasks for Windows and or Linux. 
  • Understanding of Websites, Web Applications, and Databases 
  • Experience with software including Jira, Confluence, Microsoft O365, SailPoint, and CyberArk. 
  • Understanding of computer networks and domains. 
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to write with purpose, clarity, and accuracy. 
  • Strong self-directed work habits, exhibiting initiative, drive, creativity, maturity, self-assurance, and professionalism. 
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills. 
  • Openness for afternoon-to-evening shift.
