The integrated marketing team crafts and executes integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. The team builds brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience. Whether it's launching innovative marketing campaigns, optimizing user interfaces, or crafting compelling narratives, the team's contributions are essential to TikTokShop's success in SEA.

In this role you will be responsible in developing and executing performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention while also managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and TikTok and other relevant channels
  • Analyze and interpret key performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine targeting, messaging, and creative elements for optimal campaign performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
  • 3-5 years of experience in Internet companies, brand companies, or agencies
  • Excellent marketing planning skills with innovative spirit, great logical thinking ability; and had the experience of owning a comprehensive marketing campaign from ideation to execution
  • Keen user product awareness, familiar with domestic and foreign strong interactive products, like to understand and accept new things, have a wide range of interests, and are sensitive to marketing hotspot
  • Proficient in using analytics tools, ad platforms, and marketing automation tools
  • Experience with budget management and forecasting
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Creative mindset with a focus on innovation and testing
