Here’s your chance to join our award-winning agency, ICF Next. We’re changemakers, a community of mission driven creatives, communicators, strategists, and technologists. We are seeking a Multimedia Graphic Designer. As a Multimedia Graphic Designer, you will:  

  • Support visual communications delivery through graphic design, still photography and video production. 
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to visually communicate sensitive and complex information. 
  • Research, write, and produce visual communications for internal and external audiences. 
  • Produce communications deliverables, including video news stories, motion graphics, social media content, infographics, and publications. 
  • Capture high-quality content using a variety of professional audio and video equipment. 
  • Track creative deliverables and maintain progress reports. 
  • Support other multimedia and graphic design-related tasks, as needed. 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, broadcast journalism, video production or a related field 
  • 3+ years’ experience in graphic design and multimedia; portfolio with work samples 
  • 3+ in visual communications, storytelling, and photojournalism 
  • 3+ in graphic design, motion graphics, and dynamic and static infographics 
  • 3+ in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Premiere, etc.) and in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) 
  • A portfolio that showcases multimedia and graphic design capabilities 
  • Able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance (federal government background check) 
  • Must be local to the DMV area for onsite work 

Preferred Skills and Experience: 

  • A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high quality 
  • High attention to detail 
  • The ability to receive constructive feedback and creative guidance 
  • Experience working successfully in a team environment 
  • Superior customer service skills 
  • Experience supporting a government or federal agency

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:

$59,837.00 - $135,392.00
