You will be working in the front lines of one of the most exciting and demanding jobs in the CIA. The principal role of the Special Assistant is to perform administrative work in support of senior executives to accomplish the CIA's mission. You may work independently or as a part of a team, and sometimes extended hours to provide a wide range of support, which includes scheduling appointments, facilitating communication, composing correspondence, tracking projects and coordinating travel arrangements. As a Special Assistant at the CIA, you will also serve as the primary liaison with other CIA staff, senior executives and external contacts and must always exhibit maturity and discretion in dealing with sensitive situations and handling classified information.
