|Essential Responsibilities|| All activities providing the necessary support on pre- and post-contractual administration & management , Terms & Conditions of the contract and the Management of claims. Also involves definition, management, and execution of risk modeling activities in support of the contract or project. Also involves definition, management, and execution of contract estimating processes and activities to support tenders and project reviews.|
Leading all contract management activities for the assigned proposals/contracts, such as monitoring of implementation, assessment and reporting on the targets, effective management of risks and issues and contract changes. He or she is responsible to provide contract administration for assigned proposals and contracts including customer interface, negotiations, preparation, and contract interpretation. Will provide contract management support in the execution of equipment only orders for domestic and international power plant contracts.
Responsible to interface liaison with functional organizations and insure proper communication of requirements He/she will provide support to manager and senior contracts personnel on assigned contracts. They are responsible for continually reviewing the processes to ensure overall efficiency.
In this role, there is a high frequently interface with the customer on contract matters. They may perform team leader responsibilities for assigned programs.
|Qualifications/Requirements|| - Engineering degree from an accredited university, preferred MBA or PhD.|
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project/operations management.
- At least 3 additional years of experience with contract formation and execution.
- Previous experience in power generation services/products.
