Recruiting Manager - Sofia - Hybrid

As a Talent Acquisition Manager in Sofia working at our state of the art contact centre in the Business Park, you’ll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while you also #ExperienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture. This is a hybrid role where you will be required in the office on 2 to 3 days per week, after initial training.

What You’ll be Doing

Do you have a passion to mentor others? Looking to build partnerships across departments? You'll manage a team responsible for recruiting amazing talent and coach them as you achieve recruiting goals. You'll achieve goals by implementing high-volume sourcing strategies, modifying customized interview, testing, and screening tools and making process improvements resulting in higher recruiting yields and better-quality hires. Quick to adapt to new plans and shift directions to meet agile goals? You'll also monitor recruiting targets daily and act quickly to remove any obstacles. You'll also develop a team of brand ambassadors to deliver a positive candidate experience.

You’ll report to the EMEA Recruitment Manager and you will contribute to the success of the business by leading and coaching the team to meet challenging goals, bring amazing talent to work and grow their careers with TTEC.

During a Typical Day, You will

  • Achieve recruiting goals through motivating and supporting your recruitment team
  • Employ a recruitment team and encourage them to reach for amazing
  • Foster an inclusive team and environment through your recruitment programs
  • Develop and maintain the communication flow and strategic partnership between departments
  • Improve the main success metrics associated with hiring goals
  • Ensure compliance with TTEC 's hiring processes and tools
  • Oversee hiring for general and administrative roles and provide high-quality candidates promptly

What You Bring to the Role

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 3 to 6 years minimum experience managing a recruiting team in a high-volume recruiting environment
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
  • Source expertise using internet job boards, or other job seeker database systems
  • Lead and influence others by example through mentoring and motivating a team to achieve goals under tight deadlines
  • High level of integrity, judgment, accountability, and follow-through
  • Can manage multiple ongoing projects with knowledge of local and state employment laws
