Recruiting Manager - Sofia - Hybrid

As a Talent Acquisition Manager in Sofia working at our state of the art contact centre in the Business Park, you’ll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while you also #ExperienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture. This is a hybrid role where you will be required in the office on 2 to 3 days per week, after initial training.
What You’ll be Doing
Do you have a passion to mentor others? Looking to build partnerships across departments? You'll manage a team responsible for recruiting amazing talent and coach them as you achieve recruiting goals. You'll achieve goals by implementing high-volume sourcing strategies, modifying customized interview, testing, and screening tools and making process improvements resulting in higher recruiting yields and better-quality hires. Quick to adapt to new plans and shift directions to meet agile goals? You'll also monitor recruiting targets daily and act quickly to remove any obstacles. You'll also develop a team of brand ambassadors to deliver a positive candidate experience.
You’ll report to the EMEA Recruitment Manager and you will contribute to the success of the business by leading and coaching the team to meet challenging goals, bring amazing talent to work and grow their careers with TTEC.
