Position Summary

Together with our other delivery centers around the world, we provide design, development, and sustainment services for our clients, both pre- and post-implementation. Work you’ll do

As a Solution Analyst, you’ll work with an experienced team to act as a strategic advisor to clients through project implementation and application knowledge. The work could span a variety of skillsets, as detailed below.

Knowledge Areas- Business Technology

  • Drive technology implementations through planning, process design, configuration, and user acceptance testing to capture integration requirements and curate analysis workshops to formulate detailed specifications for the development teams
  • Perform assessments of existing information systems, and identify gaps between business requirements and/or current process/system capabilities to conduct key stakeholder training on new system configurations and end user training
  • Develop solutions to client problems through application of various Enterprise resource planning (ERP) methods and tools; validate solutions to subject matter experts
  • Define, build, and implement enhancements to processes and structure utilizing strong skills in problem solving, and attention to detail
  • Develop and maintain customized integrated solutions to connect systems, databases, and applications to support the draft of technical design documentation
  • Leverage data and database knowledge to transform historical data into new solutions

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree completed by August 2024 in these or related areas of study
  • Engineering/STEM, Information Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business (Accounting, Finance, Economics)
  • Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0)
  • All USDC Practitioners will be expected to co-locate up to 30% of their time. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel
  • Must live in a commutable distance to the following locations: Helena, Montana
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Must be able to obtain the required level of security clearance for this role

Preferred

  • Confidence in technology-driven tasks, problem solving, awareness of cutting-edge solutions, operational/ process design awareness, executive presence, strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems and easily communicate findings
