Experience

  • A Bachelor's degree with a minimum 5 years working experience in HR
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition in a corporate setting with a track record of successful recruit and develop top talents
  • Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and colleagues alike.
  • A passion for creating an inclusive work environment where everyone can thrive.
  • The ability to analyze data and metrics to drive continuous improvement in Talent Management and Talent Acquisition processes.

Qualifications

Talent Acquisition

  • Collaborate closely with internal HR operations teams to gain an in-depth understanding of field requirements and execute recruitment activities that enable Hyatt to attract and retain top talent.
  • Maintain productive relationships with existing nation/ region wide sourcing channels, including but not limited to Very East, Moseeker, LinkedIn, Facebook and coordinate with them to maximize recruitment effectiveness and optimize the candidate experience. Actively seek and partner with quality local recruitment platforms to enhance the company's online recruitment visibility.
  • Implement Employee Value Proposition (EVP) initiatives to promote Hyatt's culture and values, and strengthen Hyatt's reputation as an industry leader and employer of choice.
  • Manage Hyatt's WeChat recruitment account in China, leveraging it as a key platform to position Hyatt as the preferred employer within the hospitality industry.
  • Perform channel reviews to identify opportunities for optimization, including user training, data integrity, and compliance.
  • Contribute to the development and upkeep of robust recruitment and selection processes, systems, tools, and reporting; utilize various hiring reports/dashboards, and other tools and data to illustrate the recruiting pipeline and analyze outcomes.
  • Be responsible for recruitment-related projects, which include but are not limited to building talent maps, referral programs, alumni events, Careers Day, campus recruitment, etc.
  • Manage and maintain profiles within the GM/GM candidate pipeline to ensure the accuracy and completeness of information.

Talent Management

  • Support the rollout of Talent Development Programs, encompassing talent reviews, high-potential talent advancement, pipeline cultivation, and talent mobility initiatives, in alignment with regional and business strategies/objectives.
  • Offer the company actionable intelligence on the current state of talent in relation to organizational growth. Harness internal reporting/dashboards to dissect the talent pipeline, including but not limit to talent needs and talent mobility.
  • Aid in the execution of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) related activities and projects to foster an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
