Position SummaryProvides administrative support to LLED faculty and staff including, but not limited to, creating and maintaining office supply inventory, assisting Office Manager with equipment inventory, copying/scanning, overseeing office space signage, supporting social media, and other general reception duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and organizing mail. Some special project work with faculty included.

Additional Education, Experience, Licensure, and/or Certification

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or CompetenciesBasic computer skills and general knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe softwares.

Physical DemandsSome light lifting (reorganizing office spaces and stocking supply room) required. Sitting at desk doing computer work. Walking on errands.
