What is your mission?

As a IT & IS Support Specialist you will provide enterprise level technical support.

You will work as a team player in the support team and you will interface,

and you will give a tech service to the company employees.

What is your responsibility?

Ongoing support for IT services via tickets, walk-ins, telephone, and remote sessions and our services supported:

Windows, Linux, and MAC OS Endpoints: Laptops, desktops, Virtual Machines.

Software and Applications, such as Salesforce, Monday, Zoom, etc.

Office 365, Active Directory, Okta.

Network printers and printers server IP telephony, conferencing equipment.

Deep troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.

Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to end-user issues.

Follow standard procedures for escalation of unresolved issues.

User and mailbox management.

Requirements

What are the requirements?

Minimum of 2 years experience working in IT Helpdesk or Technician team, installing, and supporting:

Windows 10 workstations: Deploying and supporting Windows endpoints.

Active Directory: Users, computers, and group management.

Virtual environment: creating and supporting Virtual Machines and Virtual Desktop Interface

VPN troubleshooting.

Knowledge and experience with SAAS services: Office 365, Exchange, Share Point.

Service oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Willingness to learn new IT areas and aspects.
