We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Services Distribution & Digital (SD&D) Team as Talent Acquisition Specialist /Recruiting Coordination Partner .

This role would support our Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) Talent Acquisition Partner and partially support to another TA Partner. This team provides recruiting support for salaried management/support roles across the United States. This position ensures all responsibilities within the hiring and onboarding processes are completed accurately, timely and in compliance with country-specific governmental regulations and professional standards and practices.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the recruiting team including generating required letters and documentation for prospective candidates, scheduling interviews, creating job postings etc.
  • Assist in the benchmarking with industry competitors and development of hiring policy documentation.
  • Assist and coordinate the recruiting activities among the assigned Hiring Managers and Recruiters. 
  • Prescreen resumes sourced against existing job requisitions at the direction of recruiters.
  • Assist in interview scheduling with the hiring managers or administrative assistants.
  • Schedule interviews with the prospective candidates.
  • Understanding the difference between customer service and customer focus
  • Send interview information to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Oversee/coordinate offer letters, contracts roll-out process, background/reference check process, security clearances and other pre-hire/transfer activities.
  • Assist in execution of all pre-hire activities including collection of documents.
  • Support gathering data required to create new hire record and update recruitment applications (Workday) as required to prepare records.
  • Ensure day one paperwork and documentation required for creation of personnel files is collected and forwarded to group responsible for document management.
  • Prepare, track, and report on metrics and measurements to help recruitment leadership for country and region respond.

  • Relationship Management:
  • Ability to provide prompt and effective responses to client requests and interactions.
  • Knows when to think critically and alert the team to problems in client satisfaction
  • Staffing and Recruiting:
  • Ability to utilize HR technology specifically using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Documents current staffing requirements and obtains additional information where necessary
  • Candidate Sourcing:
  • Knowledge of successful candidate sourcing strategies
  • Gathers information on how to improve the efficiency of candidate sourcing
  • Ability to assist recruiter with sourcing activities

  • Candidate Screening :
  • Ability to screen candidates to obtain detailed information on knowledge, skills, motivation, etc.
  • Ability to follow Human Resources (HR) policies and standards during the candidate screening process. Including maintaining paper and electronic records of candidate information.
