The In-Service Strategic Operations organization is seeking a Fleet Program Manager at Boeing Japan’s office in Tokyo.
Fleet Program Managers (FPM) are aligned by specific BCA model(s) or Regional Customers, who support the Fleet Chief Office, Service Engineering, Field Service, Airline Support Engineers or Regional Vice Presidents.
Position Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will perform the following duties:
Serve as a Supply Chain (SC) focal for proactive airline customer engagement (within Region)
The selected candidate will be required to work on-site (with some flex) at Boeing Japan’s Tokyo office.

Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (Bachelor’s degree in Business or
Technical fields) and typically (5 years’ of experience) related work experience or an equivalent
combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related
work experience, etc.).
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

当ポジションは、航空会社の役職者やサポートエンジニア、フィールドサービスエンジニア等を含むボーイング民間航空機部門における顧客サポート(顧客エンゲージメント)に携わっていただきます。
想定される主なミッションは下記となります。
主な業務内容:

顧客先である航空会社の顧客エンゲージメント高めてゆくために、国内のサプライチェーン(SC)の中心としての役割を担っていただきます。
本ポジションは、ボーイング・ジャパンの東京オフィスにて勤務いただきます。(状況に応じ、リモートとオンサイトのハイブリッドで勤務いただきます。また時間のフレキシビリティもございます)

望ましい学歴:
大学卒業以上(ビジネス及び技術エリアにおける学士号など)で、 上記に関連する実務経験が5年以上ある方
もしくは、修士号+4年以上、実務経験10年以上も可能。

採用後はボーイング・ジャパンの東京オフィスにて勤務していただきます
