Title: Project Manager/ Scrum Master

Location: Remote

Summary

Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects. Also responsible for improving interactions between the Scrum team and the organization in order to maximize the productivity of the Scrum team. Oversees all aspects of projects. Maintains deadlines and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project. May require a bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Oversee the Salesforce environment and reporting program implementation in coordination with the Government lead.
  • Must have experience and certification with Salesforce Platform
  • Serve as the Project Manager/Scrum Master and participate as the scrum of scrums meetings. The Scrum Master will liaise with other Scrum Masters, run daily scrums for Reports, and assign tasks for non-Community Bank and Trust (CBT) staff through the agile process, to ensure overall program alignment.
  • Provide weekly status reports to the Executive Steering Committee (ESC) and Office of Disaster Assistance (ODA) centers.
  • Provide monthly status reports to the COR via electronic mail and participate in status review meetings. The status reports shall include a summary of all Contractor work performed, including an assessment of technical progress, schedule status, lessons learned, path forward, and any Contractor concerns or recommendations.
  • Work with COR and stakeholders to gather, document and prioritize requirements during the planning sessions (Planning documentation, Sprint Planning, Lessons Learned, etc.)
  • Work with the COR to resolve any program issues as soon as they are identified.
  • Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce expertise
  • Scrum Master required

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and at least 10 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Salesforce certification required.
