Participants in our Tax Internship Program work to solve real-world challenges while developing the skills required to lead at the next level. Position Overview:
The Eaton Internship Program – Tax is designed to provide opportunities to a diverse mix of students who demonstrate the same high level of ethics, values, creativity, and performance we expect from our employees. This program provides exposure to one or more of the specialty areas within the Tax function. During the 12-14-week paid internship, students will work on projects that have a measurable impact on our operations and will be coached and mentored by Eaton leaders. We are open to spring, summer, and fall internships.
As a participant in the program, you will complete assignments that will give you the hands-on experience to get started in your career. These assignments may include assisting with federal, international, or state tax compliance, researching and analyzing the tax implications of proposed transactions or legislation, or assisting with the development or implementation of a tax planning idea or business transaction.
