Based at a client site in the Bay Area, reporting directly to the Program Manager and working alongside other project managers, you’ll be responsible not only for the overall project delivery, but also for the management of the project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives. You''ll manage and provide construction oversight to OARs and resolve complex construction project related issues, disputes and disagreements. 

As the onsite Owners Representative, you’ll be responsible for ensuring not only the progress and technical performance of a project, but also the material management, schedule, cost, scope and safety of the team.

Here's What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor Degree in an Engineering, Construction or related
  • 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in an Engineering, Environmental or Construction organization 
  • Proven Healthcare buildings construction experience
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building 

Ideally, You’ll Also Have: 

  • Certified Construction Manager (CCM), CM-Lean, DBIA Professional, Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license/certification
  • Experience in OSHPD1 / OSHPD3 facilities
  • Experience with specialized mechanical systems

The base salary range for this position is $110,600 to $172,850. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
