Your role
As a reporter based in Toronto, you will file for ICI RDI news programs as well as for Radio-Canada current affairs shows serving Ontario.
You will also be asked to contribute to all editorial platforms, including radio and digital, in order to cover current events and issues of regional and national interest with clarity, depth, accuracy and thoroughness in compliance with CBC/Radio-Canada’s Journalistic Standards and Practices.
With a solid understanding of all media platforms, you are able to work effectively in a continuous news environment and produce impact journalism. You are known for being a good team player, open to varying assignments and able to generate strong story ideas. Over time, you have built a wide-ranging network of contacts.
Flexibility is required, as your schedule may vary to meet production requirements.
In this role, you will fill a field reporter position on Réseau de l’information (ICI RDI) on weekdays.
