We are looking for an experienced Art Producer to join Brawl Stars to help with art production. As an Art Producer, you will be at the heart of our art production, working closely with artists and other disciplines within the Brawl Stars game team. 

Your main task will be to manage the art production pipeline, from concept to final implementation. You will work very closely with each artist in our art team when it comes to the production of art assets for each update, be it brawlers, skins, UI elements, animations, VFX or environments. 

This role requires strong project management expertise, with high attention to details, being on top of the schedule and key deliverables at all times. You are a strong communicator, who takes ownership and is passionate about our games and is continuously striving for better performance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire art production process, meaning scheduling and prioritizing art tasks, set milestones and track progress.
  • Maintain clear communication in the art team and other required stakeholders, be it internal or external.
  • Collaborating with other disciplines such as marketing to establish realistic art production deadlines and resource allocation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve art-related issues in collaboration with the development team.
  • Implements strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the art production pipeline.

Requirements

  • Experience in art production, preferably in the mobile game industry.
  • Understanding of game art and design principles.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Passion for mobile games and a drive to create visually appealing content.
