We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our team of highly engaged and passionate people professionals. This is a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within JumpCrew. The Learning & Development Specialist will design, implement, and evaluate training programs that align with JumpCrew objectives and enhance crew member performance. In addition, this role will enable business unit leaders to grow and develop both themselves and their teams. 

What You Will Be Doing 

  • Lead and develop both short term and long term training and development strategies for the Corporate and Sales Delivery teams including Account Executives and Business Development Reps.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify knowledge and skills gaps within the organization
  • Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather input and insights regarding training needs
  • Develop engaging and effective learning materials, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training, virtual sessions, and multimedia presentations
  • Facilitate New Hire On-Boarding training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, ensuring an engaging and impactful learning experience for participants
  • Establish metrics and evaluation methods to assess the impact and effectiveness of training programs
  • Analyze training data and feedback to make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement

What You Should Already Have 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Proven experience in instructional design, adult learning principles, and training facilitation
  • Experience developing Sales programs from the ground up.
  • Experience developing Leadership Development programs from the ground up.
  • Proven ability to make data-driven decisions in relation to learning and development and to drive results/metrics in the business through the learning/development organization.
  • Must have previous sales experience.

Additional Information 

  • Location: Nashville, TN
  • Hybrid schedule: Monday-Thursday in the office, Friday WFH
  • $65,000-$75,000
