The Digital Marketing Intern focus on Consumer eCommerce Lead Conversion and gain experience in varied aspects of direct-to-consumer eCommerce marketing. They will work with multiple members of the team throughout the internship and tasks will focus around maintaining a strong digital presence for the company across six websites, concentrating on online shopping enhancements, making it easy for the consumer to purchase our products.

How You'll Create Possibilities

• Collaborate on digital marketing activities 
• Gain understanding of digital trends and overall brand strategies 
• Work with product, brand, and creative teams to ensure all website SKUs have the proper supporting assets 
• Facilitate website accessibility checks through a third party platform 
• Assist in monitoring daily website reports to identify breaks and improvement opportunities across multiple sites 
• Stay current with updates and changes in marketing and our competitor space 
• Proofread marketing content to be deployed across multiple channels 
• Research and identify digital opportunities 
• Assist with dashboard creation and ongoing analytics activities 
• Seek opportunities to streamline processes with AI 

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Qualifications/Requirements 

• Must be a current full-time student enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program; pursuing a marketing or business-related degree preferred 
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 required 
• This is a 12-month internship assignment located in Louisville, KY; student will have to commute daily to the office or as scheduled 
• Interns work 40 hours per week during the summer and 20 hours per week during the fall and spring semester
• Candidate should be well versed in digital marketing strategies 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills 
• Candidate should be organized with a results-driven mindset 
• Understanding of digital platforms and tools 
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced multi-functional team environment

• Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively 
• Detail oriented with ability to prioritize tasks
