The OneGL program is focused on the delivery of a global Finance Enterprise solution. This is inclusive of various SAP core finance and Treasury modules (i.e., GL, FA, AP, Cash Management, Treasury, Financial Product Subledger, Profitability and Performance Management, Reporting). This role will primarily support our Data team who are working to map and integrate source system values to target system finance ERP (OneGL). This is an opportunity will assist with projects that are non-cyclical and varied, aligning with the project management life cycle (initiating/defining; planning; executing; close-out) and supporting business priorities.

This role operates under direction from aligned Delivery Lead and Functional Data Lead to help support delivery of assigned OneGL localizations (i.e., LSM and other business unit operations).

Responsibilities: 

• Participates in the gathering and evaluation of business requirements.
• Support alignment of any new code blocks that is needed for the Common Data Model for the GL, FPSL (SAP sub-ledger) and Finance Data Resource (FDR).
• Collaborates with local Functional Data Lead and FDR data teams to help determine how business requirements will be accommodated across both SAP S4 modules (i.e. GL, FPSL, PAPM) and FDR landscapes.
• Help to define the end-to-end data flow, inclusive of FDR Reporting needs.
• Support workshops, sprint planning and execution of milestones related to the delivery of the project scope within the larger OneGL program.
• Ensuring alignment on dependencies with other workstream within the program.
• Develop and apply learning of Agile framework to support project-related cadences. (i.e. leverage JIRA, collaborate in scrum teams, execute in sprint cycles, perform retrospectives to refine process).
• Actively engage in project meetings and help prepare regular reports to communicate the status of projects to stakeholders within and beyond the project team in a concise manner.
• Escalates and works to resolve issues that serve as roadblocks and/or place project objectives at risk. Identifies and provides visibility into trade-offs between options, while identifying recommended approach.
• Support the various production readiness tasks such as testing, training and data migration efforts.
• Support alignment with relevant OneGL global design considerations and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor`s degree (Finance or Accounting) required.
• Minimum of 3 years of finance or financial system experience.
• Must demonstrate attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to drive results.
• Communicates well with teammates and across organizational boundaries to ensure the successful completion of shared goals.
• Comfortable leading some meetings and communicating issues and trends to management and other groups at the appropriate level of detail.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and PowerBI preferred.
• Exposure to Finance and Accounting systems, GL processing and month end financial close cycles.
