Job Description

She/ he will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining the company ISO certified Integrated Management System (ISO 9001:2015) by means of continuous improvement
  • Maintaining the company's ISO certified integrated management system (ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015) together with the HSE Head through continuous improvement
  • Compliance of our system & organisation with pharmaceutical regulatory requirements (FDA & EMA in particular)
  • Ensuring GMP & quality compliance of all changes undertaken by change management (including request for new activity and services)
  • Ensuring GMP & quality compliance of our new and existing external stakeholders (conducting audits, suppliers, contractors), approval for new supplier/ subcontractor)
  • Control and monitoring of quality improvement measures based on corrective and preventive actions as a result of deviations or other quality related events in cooperation with the customer and internal stakeholders
  • Setting up and maintaining the controls and key figures needed to monitor the quality of services and media. Report on key quality figures.
  • Approval of GMP-relevant documents within the scope of responsibility defined with the customer. To be done in collaboration with the GMP & Compliance Expert.
  • Implementation of the quality content defined in the QA agreement and other contractual documents in accordance with the quality philosophy of the client and VSEI guidelines.
  • Training management (GxP) according to the requirements of Veolia and the customer

Qualifications

  • University education preferably in the fields of technical chemistry, chemistry, process and environmental engineering or other natural sciences, quality management
  • Several years of professional experience in a GMP regulated field with a leadership role in Quality & GMP compliance, ideally in the utility and engineering sectors
  • Professional experience from authority and/ or customer audits (FDA, EMA, ISO...) - Technical knowledge in the field of utilities and engineering
  • Language skills: German fluent, English fluent
  • IT skills: MS Office applications, Google Workspace and other standard IT applications
