We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead project and vendor teams through successful delivery of future state initiatives. You will be responsible for working with IT Leadership and Business Professionals to identify requirements, build work plans, create budget submissions coordinate and communicate status effectively to ensure successful deliveries. The successful candidate will also help to promote and support Agile practices.

HE ROLE & YOUR MISSION

  • Manage the scope of work, objectives, timelines, quality of deliverables, and other project management activities for the project(s)
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define and shape the roadmap.
  • Drive the project team to meet milestones Serve as primary project/escalation contact to ensure appropriate communication channels are maintained and reporting schedules adhered to
  • Facilitate effective communication through weekly and monthly status reporting to ensure that key stakeholders and senior executives have the most up to date status on work.
  • Monitor and report on project issues and risks. Work with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve appropriately; escalate as necessary using prescribed points of contact.
  • Develop project plans for all phases of the project and associated deliverables Review the project budget and scope of work, including management of project budget(s) to meet financial and company goals, proactively ensuring adherence to change control processes.
  • Assist in the gathering of business requirements, troubleshoot issues, and drive resolution Continually review and ensure adequate internal and external resources are available to meet project deliverables and milestones.

YOUR EXPERIENCE & VALUES

  • Minimum 5 years minimum of hands-on experience in technical project management.
  • Experience in full life cycle delivery using Agile methodology.
  • Experience with updating project tracking tools i.e. forecasting, staffing profiles, project status.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach internal and external colleagues in Agile ways of working.
  • Technical background in coding (.Net, Java, Angular) or infrastructure environments
  • Self-starter and capable of working under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.
  • Experience leading business operations and multiple IT teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English and Romanian.
  • Extremely proficient with MS Office suite of products
  • Strong presentation and report writing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
