Morgan Stanley's People Analytics team is looking for a dynamic strategist and problem-solver in Budapest to analyze people data and partner with key stakeholders to inform effective decision-making. The People Analytics Advisor joins a growing, global HR Data & Analytics team. You will:

• Support advanced analytics and research efforts across workforce strategy, diversity, talent lifecycle, employee listening and productivity practice areas
• Analyze data to generate insights and recommendations; and influence internal clients on human capital topics (including the ability to visualize data and tell a story with it)
• Review existing people processes to understand bottlenecks and gaps
• Influence dashboard development to improve client self-service and automation #LI-ZB2

Qualifications

You have:

• A Bachelor's degree in analytical / quantitative business or HR functions
• Demonstrable advanced skills in presentation development (PowerPoint) and data narration / storytelling
• Demonstrable advanced analytics expertise in Excel or similar data analysis tools
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to confidently present data-centric topics to spectrums of audiences

Preferred Experience:

• Domain expertise or thought leadership in surveys, recruiting, talent, diversity & inclusion strategies, and data analytics (e.g., statistics, research methodology)
• Understanding of HR processes, information systems, and governance
