Description

You will:

• Support the local controllers actively to identify and develop enhancements for Finance teams
• Work with project management tools (Jira) to administrate progress of automation projects
• Involvement in Management reporting panels targeted for current processes optimization - standardization status and prioritization
• Continues work with the Controllers and Technology in designing strategic controls
• Support day to day infrastructure of Firms Invoice processing layer (reporting, month end close related and other technical queries from users)

The Team: Infrastructure Team supports Global Corporate Controllers who are responsible for Morgan Stanley's financial records, ensuring a smooth process during the month end close, by providing necessary reports and data. The Budapest team is a vital part of the global operations, representing more than 80% of the team globally.

Qualifications

You have:

• Proven knowledge with Alteryx and MS Excel VBA
• Proactive attitude, strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Accuracy, attention to detail, good organization skills
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or Business-related discipline is an advantage
• Experience in working with visualization tools (Tableau, QlikView, Power BI) is an advantage
• Familiarity with databases / SQL (DB2, MSSQL or MS Access) is also a nice to have
