The OptiRun Service Center Manager for Cytiva is responsible for daily supervision and operational management to meet team goals of Work Dispatch, Provide Quotes and respond to customer needs.

This position is part of the Service Operations team located in Marlborough, MA and will be On-Site. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Responsible for daily supervision of direct reports (located on East & West Coast) and operational management to meet team goals.
  • Provide data to generate team performance metrics.
  • Comply with the Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals.
  • Mentor and coach individuals through one-on-one discussions and performance reviews. Provide support and guidance to develop internal talent.
  • Interact with business partners and internal stakeholders to understand new business requirements and enhancement requests.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years of team leadership experience, OR 10 years of team leadership experience with proven success meeting or exceeding performance standards, setting goals and monitoring performance to goals.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Call Center and Customer Service.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems, CRM (i.e. salesforce.com).
  • Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Charts).
  • Knowledgeable about Key Performance Indicators, business process improvement.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Industry experience in one or more of the following areas: Life Sciences, Healthcare or related fields preferred.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
