Your Mission

The Regional Industry is responsible for leading cross-functional design and delivering both the business and sales strategy to increase revenue and customer experience and expand existing accounts. The role is accountable for leading strategic initiatives and working closely with the EMEA Sales Leadership, Industry team, pre-sales, analyst relations, and marketing teams to develop focused content and evangelize value propositions and sales enablement approaches for sellers. 

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Develop a Public Sector strategy and community that is aligned with Regional sales leaders in EMEA Tier 1 Counties to support the sales franchise and execute their pipeline development (lead and demand) and sales goals. 
  • Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and prepare recommendations to senior management on specific GTM initiatives and accounts that enable UiPath to realize its growth strategy. 
  • Collaborate with pre- and post-sales teams for value-based selling and help build re-useable assets that can be used at a programmatic scale across automation programs from selling to adoption. 
  • Develop an operating rhyme with pre- and post-sales teams for value-based selling and help build re-useable assets that can be used at a programmatic scale across automation programs from selling to adoption. 
  • Build strong relationships with regional customers, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions to meet their requirements. Foster partner relationships for customer benefits 
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to industry senior management on progress against targets and identifying areas for improvement. 
  • Define a value approach that enables public sector sales to leverage solution accelerators to speed up the design and development time for Finance AI-powered automation transformation programs. 
  • Lead thought leadership (internally & externally) through whitepapers, webinars, events, speaking engagements, point of view content, proof of concepts, demos, and industry best practices. 
  • Stay updated with industry developments and trends to support marketing demand generation initiatives while equipping UiPath sellers with the necessary knowledge to maximize their enterprise account penetration. 
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management on progress against targets and identifying areas for improvement. 
  • Support the product platform roadmap to ensure “fit for purpose” solutions. 

What you'll bring to the team

  • 10+ years of experience working in the Public Sector in the UK or European Union or with a Public Sector consulting background that has a broader network and track record of building a sales growth strategy and enablement 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build good relationships with multiple stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Strong leadership presence with experience navigating through a large organization to execute through influence. 
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative to follow through with execution. 
  • Ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with customers and sales organizations. 
  • Thought leadership/innovation to conceptualize key repeatable automation industry use cases in Finance and drive GTM solution/product offerings. 
  • Ability to thrive in a super-fast-paced, constantly evolving company 
  • Familiarity with UiPath Platform OR digital technologies (especially AI, ML, Process Mining, Cloud, and IoT) 
  • Self-starter with demonstrated leadership experience. 
  • Ability to travel as required.
