Regional Sales Manager

  • Deploy the tactical plan (product/Services) for a given perimeter and set up target for the Account Manager
  • Analyze the key performance indicators for the given perimeter and manage the implementation of corrective measures, if necessary.
  • Ensure key customers are properly managed (customer satisfaction) by ensuring their requests are considered and processed in a timely manner.
  • Deploy the commercial policy defined by Management, in compliance with legal rules.
  • Centralize and synthesize field information and liaises with the central office.
  • Ensures the team masters the product and/or services to be sold to customers.
  • Coaches team members to develop their business and behavioral skills thru the ICARE model
  • Promotes the exchange of best practices (within and outside the team) to help team members grow.
