We are looking for Candidates who will strengthen our Technology Solutions Delivery Team in Poland. We are looking for Candidates who will strengthen our Technology Solutions Team in Poland. We welcome experienced professionals willing to develop in Data & Analytics area. We’re interested in professionals with a genuine interest to contribute to the growth of the Data capability.

Your scope of duties:

  • Designing and building new functionalities and solutions to client use cases.Utilize your extensive experience in Cloud technologies (Storage Accounts, Databricks, Data Factory, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Synapse, etc.) to build end-to-end solutions.
  • Building data platform required for optimal loading of data from a wide variety of data sources.
  • Data modelling and mapping between source and target systems.
  • Acting as Subject Matter Expert for Testers, Developers and Business Users in Data solution functionality.
  • Defining and estimating scope of work needed for implementation of data systems.
  • Gathering, documenting and validating business requirements for Data systems (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence).
  • Collaborating with team members, mentor other BAs in the team to plan, develop and implement project activities to achieve project and Client goals.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with the Client, key stakeholders.
  • Supporting in growing Data competency within TSD Team.
  • Supporting sales initiatives.

Our requirements:

  • Very good English language in verbal and written communication.
  • Willingness to develop in Data & Analytics space.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with a range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to plan, track and report the status of the deliverables.
  • At least bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, computer science or similar.
  • 2-6 years of experience in business/systems analysis role, gathering requirements, conducting workshops with business users, data modelling.
  • A Strong understanding of data structures, databases, data lakes, and data ingestion and transformation routines
  • Knowledge of Big Data with a focus on data engineering; optimizing data, pipelines, ETLs
  • Intermediate knowledge of query languages (SQL).
  • Coding and development skills in programming languages (e.g. Python, PySpark etc.)
  • Experience implementing production level deployments at an enterprise scale, understanding of DevOps/DataOps principles, working knowledge of Git.
  • Working knowledge of data visualization/reporting tools such as PowerBI.
  • Proficiency working in an Agile environment.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Experience in large, international Data solution implementation programs
  • Experience in finance and insurance industry.
  • Experience and knowledge of building warehouses technologies including Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Snowflake, SQL, Spark etc.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence or Azure DevOps or similar work tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Quality concepts and standards.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, GCP, AWS).
  • Knowledge of ML/AI tools
  • Working experience with NoSQL, Graph database solutions
  • Experience with Guidewire Suite products.
  • Technical knowledge in programming, scripting and related standards (Python, bash, Perl, Java, Scala JavaScript, C#, etc.).
