What we're looking for
Our ideal candidate is not only great at what they do but is also mission-driven. We are looking for someone who is skilled at building and scaling a talent acquisition department while mapping the growth of their team to the mission and business strategy. Our ideal candidate for this position has successfully recruited across the organization (C-Level, Sales & Marketing, G&A, Tech & Product, etc.), managed a team of Talent Acquisition professionals (Recruiters, Recruiting Ops, etc.), successfully built and up-leveled internal processes and worked cross-functionally to achieve hiring goals for the organization. This is a player / coach position with the majority of your focus on leading/coaching the team (75%) and a smaller portion of the role (25%) recruiting & interviewing & hiring for roles that are either specialty, quick-turnaround, C-level or senior leadership positions.

Please note that this role is in the San Francisco Bay Area.
We're excited to have a packed and lively office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Twice a week those of us in the Bay Area come to our office located in the San Francisco Financial District for All Hands, intense collaboration, brainstorming activities, and fun events. There are small rooms for 1-1 mentoring sessions or heads down work, and larger rooms for team activities. We continue to support a flexible work environment for all of life’s surprises and needs with generous time off and flexible daily work schedules.
