The Headlines:

In the role of Sales Team Lead working in Chicago, IL or Denver, CO, you will be part of the National Accounts Team. You will drive groceru performance at designated accounts through strategic planning and selling. You will also manage superior execution of the customer plan across multiple geographies through effective communication, coordination, and leadership. 

This position reports to the Vice-President, National Accounts.

The Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for sales volume, distribution, key chain account relationships and performance results for customer(s). 
  • Lead and directs external and internal resources to execute the sales objectives and activities deliver Molson Coors volume and profit goals, ensure overall ‘brand health’, and optimize the use of budget across all relevant geographies. 
  • Establish strong customer relationships and provides thought leadership on industry / category dynamics and retail execution. 
  • Develop a long-term operating plan that is consistent with the overall channel strategy
  • Ensure customer performance targets are met or exceeded, balancing new portfolio strategy objectives and sales area results

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant field OR equivalent experience (10+ years) in progressive experience in sales and key accounts management in the consumer or direct store delivery industries 
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities 
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome 
  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments 
  • You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow 
  • You’re open to travelling to accounts 2-3 days per week
