JOB TITLE: Project Delivery Manager

Unilever is currently hiring for a Project Delivery Manager for:

  • Defining and documenting project scope and resource requirements
  • Setting timelines for deliverables
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of capital engineering projects.
  • May be dedicated to deliver multiple projects of significant size and a portfolio of smaller projects.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day management of projects including stakeholder engagement, contractor management, site safety, budget management.
  • Reports to Engineering Manager of Konya HPC Turkey.

What You Can Expect from the Role:

  • On Time In Full (OTIF) end to end delivery of assigned capital projects adhering to Unilever standards, improving factory digital infra-structure and ensuring safety as our number 1 priority
  • Lead engineering project teams drawing resources from the local, regional and global organisation as well as Unilever and 3rd Party Teams
  • Business Partner planning teams / factory teams for development of the capex program and program management
  • Development and maintenance of good stakeholder relationships
  • Realizing CAPEX within target budget, dynamically managed, creating cost saving on new investments, checking and transferring proactively available idle assets globally for new required investments, saving projects and line utilizations
  • Support factories CPT reduction: Realizing Turkey factories CPT reduction by leading automation, digital and other saving projects
  • Support innovation projects and lead related investment of innovations.

Does It Sound Like You?

  • 5 Years’ experience of Project Engineering in FMCG / related Industry or gained in an engineering consultancy environment
  • 2+ years’ operating in a management capacity
  • Project Management experience
  • Attained Professional Engineer Status (Or member of professional institution)
  • First-hand experience / track record of delivering capital projects within Unilever or similar FMCG environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a Science or Engineering Field, (Preferably Electric-Electronic, Mechanical - Mechatronic, Automation Engineering)
  • Working knowledge of Engineering Design Process Management of FMCG
  • Knowledge of food process, packaging, and end of line equipment
  • Project Delivery (All sub skills - Fully Operational)
  • Working knowledge of Maintenance Principles and Best practice
  • Working knowledge of Robotics and Process Automation
  • Working knowledge of delivering and deploy data solutions
  • Understand working principles of sensors, valves, motors and able to commission them
  • Knowledge of electrical wiring and installation
  • Knowledge of industrial communication interfaces
  • Working knowledge of Contract Management & Conflict Resolution
  • Working knowledge of Budget Management
