The Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator, North America will support, plan, schedule, and execute timely messages across Email, SMS, and CB2 App channels across US and Canada marketplaces. They will also collaborate on channel/audience strategies and accurate execution of campaigns while contributing to reporting and enhancing processes and campaign performance.

This is a hybrid position based out of our CB2 Headquarters in Chicago, Illinois.

A day in the life as a Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator, North America…

  • Manage and maintain project schedules and track progress of all email/sms/push sends, from initial creative through to development and deployment
  • Support creative briefs for all email/sms/push campaigns
  • Advise and manage message versioning for Canada Market
  • Route email/sms/push creative through stakeholder approval process and collaborate with Design team on changes
  • Review all email/sms/push proofs for content and design accuracy, support the QA process
  • Stay up to date on channel best practices and research the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
  • Assist in strategic planning and test plan development to optimize email/sms/push channel performance
  • Support the Lifecycle marketing team with reporting for weekly/monthly/ad hoc campaign reporting
  • Assist with the management of email/sms/push messaging calendar and schedule adjustments
  • Assist Customer Service, Store Operations and IT teams with email/sms/push related questions for addressing customer communication issues and troubleshooting programs

We’d love to hear from you if you have…

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years experience in developing digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience using ESP tools, such as ExactTarget/Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Responsys, Silverpop or CheetahMail (not required, but a plus)
