We have an opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team! The Senior Financial Analyst is a key position, supporting the Hasbro direct to consumer transformation. This position supports the Sr. Finance Director of digital commerce transformation in building the operating plans and forecast for the Hasbro Pulse business and measuring performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a Financial Analyst with sophisticated Excel skills to foster their finance career at a Fortune 500 Company!

This is a hybrid position working a few days a month in our Providence, RI office.

A day in the life of a Sr. Financial Analyst:

  • Own the monthly close process for Hasbro's direct to consumer ecommerce site, Hasbro Pulse and support the forecasting and annual planning cycle for that business.
  • Lead Managed Expenses planning and forecasting.
  • Provide financial POV in product development and commercial decision making with Merchandising teams.
  • Build and maintain reporting to measure the business performance against sales, POS, and profitability targets.
  • Develop and implement financial models as needed and improve processes to better meet the needs of the business and to ensure integrity and efficiency of financial information.
  • Lead quarterly control tasks.
  • Assist in carrying out annual pricing process, prepare all documents for Senior Management reviews and identify ways to streamline the process.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting preferred.
  • Minimum 2-5 years in a dynamic Finance and/or Business Planning Organization (including internships).
  • Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
  • Advanced MS Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling skills required.
  • A consistent track record of delivering in fast paced environments.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and pay close attention to details.
