WHAT YOU’LL DO:

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to oversee NA wholesale at Liberated Brands. The Key Account Manager is a brand specialist. The primary responsibilities of this position are to maintain and build account relationships and drive new business, all while creating and executing comprehensive sales and revenue plans. 

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships within Liberated Brands portfolio 
  • Develop and implement sales strategies by account, division, and product categories to achieve sales goals as established by the Director of Sales 
  • Manage development of new business and prospective customers within channel 
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals (Inclusive of GM%) 
  • Monitor Seasonal and Annual growth of accounts and channel 
  • Evaluate/develop account plans, develop and lead presentations during sell in; present marketing plans, utilize sales tools, conduct business reviews using company resources 
  • Monitor and evaluate brand merchandising on retailer's website, in store product presentations, and participate in occasional retail events 
  • Work with the Director of Sales to share information, gather feedback and develop best business practices (planning, sell through data and performance, inventory levels) 
  • Identify account opportunities — product, marketing, contests, sales support, and enhance the overall business relationship through constant interaction/feedback with retailers 
  • Determine product opportunities within channel and develop supporting sales and Go To Market plans 
  • Oversee in-house sales support's fulfillment of all pre-book and replenishment- order entry, A/R, A/P, backorder, late deliveries, etc. 
  • Attend CAD reviews, style outs, sales meetings, events, and relevant trade shows 
  • Work closely with designers and product managers to develop strategies to increase sales volume 
  • Travel in region to spend time in the market and maintain customer relationships 
  • Present relevant market trends and opportunities for the channel and proactively inform inhouse teams on competitive landscape 
  • Coordinate needs with Sales & Marketing Teams to plan and execute retail efforts (Inclusive of images and POP needs) 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Fun and energetic personality with a passion for learning 
  • Minimum 5 years of wholesale sales management experience 
  • Existing relationships with buyers in Key Account or Value Channel 
  • Hard working attitude and collaborative spirit 
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Self-motivated and results oriented with strong sense of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality 
  • Ability to identity and solve problems in a timely manner 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Retail math expert 
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Full Circle Database software, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft One Note, and Microsoft Power Point 
  • Ability to travel 
  • This position requires some on-site hours at our HQ in Costa Mesa, CA; however, some duties can be performed remotely

Liberated Brands is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Costa Mesa, CA is $100,000 - $115,000. This position is hybrid and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location.
