Job Description

The Account Director has a passion for creativity and is responsible for the development of ongoing business relationships from the prospect stage through existing account management. The Account Director leads and manages a large piece of business, client engagements, and partnership with internal creative, strategy and production teams. The position is responsible for the overall client satisfaction, quality of service, and on-time, on-budget completion of the agency’s services. The quality of the work is paramount, and it is the responsibility of the Account Director to create idea-friendly environments both with the account service team as well as within the client walls. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Main day-to-day client and internal team leader
  • Oversight of Operations Lead/Project Manager. Support, guide and coach
  • Understand project deliverables. Identify incremental creative opportunities.
  • Work with Planning and Creative Directors to finalize briefs
  • Lead client-side status meetings and project prioritization
  • Monthly hours/staffing report and review with client
  • Lead all aspects of large-scale productions
  • Work, in conjunction with GAD, on project fee scoping/estimating
  • Regularly identifies areas of growth for the agency
  • Mentoring and Leading Account Supervisor and Manager
  • Able to quickly identify solutions to complex business (client and agency) business problems

Compensation Range:$91,000.00 - $154,000.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 04/25/24.
